Dracula kills another innocent victim and Dr. Seward decides it's time to wipe him off the face of the earth. Armed with a hammer and a wooden stake, he arrives at Castle Dracula and duly dispatches the vampire Count. Next day, however, Dr. Frankenstein arrives with his assistant, Morpho, and a large crate containing the monster. Using the blood of a pub singer who has been abducted by his creation, the doctor brings Dracula back to life and uses him for his own ends. The Count and a female vampire continue to terrorise the town, so Dr Seward once again sets out for Castle Dracula. Unfortunately, he is attacked by the Frankenstein monster and left for dead. Amira, a gypsy, rescues him and summons up a werewolf to do battle with the forces of evil...

The plot has pretty, middle-class Caucasian girls (college students, runaways etc.) being kidnapped right of the streets of Zurich and Montreal(!), and after being beaten, raped, and hooked on heroin, they are sent to Amsterdam to work as zombified strippers and prostitutes in a nightclub called the Moulin Rouge. A female reporter is investigating the disappearance of one girl and ends up on the trail of the slavers.

A teen runs away from her home after attracting the sexual attention of her stepfather only to fall into prostitution.

Call girl, Monique Caron, wants to quit the profession. In Rome, a fortuitous exchange of suitcases leads her to meet Antoine Dubois, a somewhat blundering private detective. With his suitcase full of cassocks, she mistakes him for a Vatican client but after sex, Antoine whispers his real job. They tell each other about their sexual adventures that have taken place across Europe.
