Piet Piraat is given the task by his aunt Cleo to transport a sarcophagus. This sarcophagus must be sailed from her museum to a pyramid in Egypt. According to a very old legend, there is supposed to be a mummy in the sarcophagus. Other ships have already tried to transport it, but they all mysteriously disappeared...

The crew of the Scheve Schuit is not afraid of much, but what do they do when a ghost appears in the Scottish castle that Berend has inherited?

After a heavy storm, the grumpy Captain Eksteroog ends up on an uninhabited island. To spare the time, he decides to search for a treasure that his arch-enemy Zilvertand once buried there. Captain Eksteroog soon notices that he is not alone. Reus, a big guy of two meters and five children with their dog Smikkel have also ended up on the island. Captain Eksteroog and Reus capture dog Smikkel and force the children to search for the treasure. Meanwhile, Piet, Berend, Stien and Steven discover an island that is not on any of their maps. They go on an investigation and end up on the same island where Captain Eksteroog's resides! When they find the children there, they decide to help them find the treasure. But what if they find it and Captain Eksteroog still won't let them leave?

100 years ago, evil Captain Snorrebaard was cursed by putting an enchanted crown on his head. He turned into a painting and his ship sank, along with the crown, to the bottom of the sea. Piet Piraat and his crew find the floating painting and think that it could help them find a hidden treasure, but Captain Snorrebaard has something more sinister in mind...

Piet, Berend and Stien are ready to sail out of the harbour with their ship the Scheve Schuit. But suddenly they hear a siren song. Stien recognizes the voice immediately; it's the voice of a mermaid! According to an old book that Stien received from Steven, mermaids live in Atlantis. So, if they can hear that voice, Atlantis must be very close! Berend and Stien want to look for that mermaid and the treasure of Atlantis. The pirates dive into the water and experience an exciting adventure, together with the enchanted mermaid Arivle. Will you dive with them?

On a dark night, De Scheve Schuit sails into a strange ship. When Piet and his friends take a look on board of this spooky ship, the crew appears to be cursed. They have all been transformed into stone statues! Piet wants to break the curse because he feels very attracted to the captain of the ship, Captain Marylin. It soon turns out that the solution is the ship itself; it's a flying ship! To make the ship fly, a blue pearl is needed. This can only be found on Oyster Island, an island inhabited by mysterious caves and carnivorous plants...

The four pirates want to celebrate Halloween and decide to get some fresh pumpkins from Pumpkin Island. Steven is too scared and shows his friends the legend of the great pumpkin king...

But the Night Watch, Samson and Gert, Piet Piraat and Kabouter Plop also welcome Sinterklaas. He is a tough sailor but has a gingerbread heart. But Piet Piraat cannot do it alone, he has his 3 friends. They eat chunks of bread on the crooked barge. That bread baked by Berend Brokkenpap. His chunky bread is delicious but his soup is way too weak. And they never sail lost, because the helmsman is Stien Struis! She's as strong as a beer, but she's as strong as a mouse. And Steven Quiet, you never hear him, because he can't talk. Even if he really wanted to, he never sings along with the lie! These sailors are also there for each other during busy times. All chickens are on deck for Piet Piraat and his crazy gang!

Walter Wilson (Kevin Janssens) and Robin De Rover (Ella-June Henrard) once started their careers in the police force with great dedication and noble ideals, but too often saw months of intensive and dangerous detective work lost due to what they considered irrelevant procedural errors, dexterity of expensive lawyers and dubious decisions of foreign judges. They are increasingly colouring outside the lines during their patrols: for example, they tip criminals off about future police actions and get heavily paid for them. Wilson is also addicted (women, booze, drugs...) and that makes him incalculable.
