The Dragon Family

The Lung (Dragon) triad used to be one of Hong Kong's most powerful crime families, but its power has waned in recent years. The crime boss Lung Ying feels that their involvement in drug trafficking has resulted in costs that far outweigh the benefits, and he considers investing his wealth into relatively safe and legal industries. His second-in-command White Wolf and his frequent collaborator Tsui disagree with his anti-drug policies, and they plot to take over the triad. They assassinate Lung Ying, and they execute most members of the Lung family in a brutal massacre. Three members of the family survive the attack, and they start plotting their own brutal revenge. White Wolf is betrayed and assassinated by Tsui shortly after claiming power. Tsui is quite willing to kill or sacrifice all for his subordinates to secure power, but he might be weakening his own organization due to this mentality.

A Hong Kong taxi driver suffers after being cursed by a sorcerer he accidentally hit with his cab. After the driver's wife is raped and killed by teenage hooligans, he pleads with the sorcerer to lift the hex and restore his wife to the land of the living.

In the early 1920's of China, seven former soldiers band together to defend a helpless village against a group of vicious bandits in this Hong Kong remake of Seven Samurai.

After the total defeat of his love rival, Ching must now deal with the love rival's brother, Wan To, who seeks revenge against him. When Ching is ambushed by Wan To and his gang in the streets and is at risk, he is rescued and treated by an apprentice of his, Beef Skin, and his feisty sister, Beef Stew. It turns out those two are even harder to handle than Wan To.

Mortuary Blues

The trio slays Sun in a desperate confrontation at the palace.

The Fragrant Sword

The Fragrant Sword is a Hong Kong Martial Arts movie starring Stanley Fung. The fake scholar ingratiates himself with Ai Ching-yee, daughter of the Mulberry Pillar Fortress helmsman Ai Pak-chuen and exposes the father's conspiracy with his sworn brother to rule the martial world by dispatching Ching-yee's senior disciple Sze-hung Ying to commit atrocities against the martial alliance. Yu cajoles Ching-yee into assisting in Sze-hung's capture and with the culprit handed over to the alliance, the young lovers wander away.

A House Is Not a Home is a TVB television series, premiered on 1 August 1977. It is a very successful classic series boasting the likes of stars Liza Wang, Simon Yam, Ha Yu and also veteran actors like Bak Man-biu, Tang Pik-wan and Lee Heung-kam. The show became a 1970s drama classic, well-known also for its theme song, "A House Is Not a Home"; 家變, which was composed and arranged by Joseph Koo, with lyrics by the late Wong Jim and sung by Roman Tam.

The Shell Game

Set in 1930s Guangdong, when the gambling industry was in full bloom. Twilight of a Nation is a Hong Kong television series based on the events of the Taiping Rebellion and the rise and fall of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom during the late Qing Dynasty. The 45 episodes long series was produced by Siu Sang and was first aired on TVB Jade in Hong Kong in November 1988. It was broadcast again on TVB in 1996. The theme songs and insert songs in the series were performed by Roman Tam.
