In the 19th century, rich farmer with a passion for music dreams of having an orchestra. He hires a conductor, to help him organize the musicians. But the man falls in love with his daughter.

This is a remake of Brazil's first international success in the cinema world. Just as its same name predecessor was, this film is a fictional version of the story of the "cangaceiros." These were bandits who sacked towns and spread terror throughout Northeastern Brazil in the 1930s. This group of outlaws is led by Captain Galdino and his wife Maria Bonita.

The troupe oblige and go around town witnessing long lines in National Health Services, inhuman conditions in public hospitals and poor people being constantly humiliated. Brava Gente was a television series aired by TV Globo in Brazil between 2000 and 2003, initially as a special year-end. The program was adapted from stories and national stories, and plays by famous playwrights, screenwriters and signed by a number represented by several actors and actresses. The genres of the stories varied each week with the style of each director or author. Brava Gente in the stories ranged from comedies and dramas. Colégio Brasil is a Brazilian children's telenovela produced by JPO Produções and broadcast by SBT from May 6 to September 20, 1996. Written by Yoya Wursch and directed by Roberto Talma and José Paulo Vallone, the telenovela was produced in partnership with JPO Produções and had 117 episodes. It stars Giuseppe Oristanio, Maria Padilha, Taumaturgo Ferreira, Patrícia de Sabrit, Paulo Nigro, Ana Kutner, Ittala Nandi, Cláudia Lira, Edwin Luisi, Afonso Nigro, and Fausto Maule. The story takes place at Colégio Brasil, a school where students and teachers experience friendships, conflicts, discoveries, and challenges of adolescence. The plot follows Nair, a strict and bitter school inspector marked by a painful past, and the lives of students who deal with issues such as friendship, relationships, teenage conflicts, sexuality, safe sex, and pregnancy. The telenovela combines drama and comedy while portraying the everyday life of young people in a school environment.
