Nagi is a diver from a quiet fishing village where a series of strange incidents have been occurring recently, including residents that have gone missing. One day, a stranger takes her to an office where she is asked to recover sunken treasure at Kaijin Reef. Nagi agrees to do so, but during her dive, she gets exposed to strange radiation. Afterwards, she starts to experience moments where she exponentially grows in size. This causes a lot of problems for her and the people surrounding her.

They are only real monsters among all, so the scarecrow thinks he is 'different' from others. The zombie has strong sense of justice, and he only eats bad people's bad brains for the world peace. The scarecrow starts to follow the zombie's bad brain hunting. Even though the outsiders nurture love, the time limit approaches to end their happy journey.

After two elderly men in Yokohama quarrel over a Tang dynasty artifact, one of the men turns up dead with mysterious claw marks across his face. A detective takes up the case, and uncovers secrets dating back to war crimes committed during Japan’s invasion of China in WWII.
