A prestigious Stockholm museum's chief art curator finds himself in times of both professional and personal crisis as he attempts to set up a controversial new exhibit.

“My Cousin Klara”, tells the story of two young Swedish girls, Lisa and Klara, on the run in the woods. They meet a man, who gives them a ride. Even though Lisa understands the man should not be trusted, she accepts his money and leaves Klara alone.
