Prometheus Bound (Ancient Greek: Προμηθεὺς Δεσμώτης, romanized: Promētheús Desmṓtēs) is an ancient Greek tragedy traditionally attributed to Aeschylus and thought to have been composed sometime between 479 BC and the terminus ante quem of 424 BC. The tragedy is based on the myth of Prometheus, a Titan who defies Zeus, and protects and gives fire to mankind, for which he is subjected to the wrath of Zeus and punished.

Spying a lissome young woman standing topless on a nearby balcony, Giorgos (Andreas Barcoulis) climbs up onto a nearby rooftop to get a better look. At a critical moment in his climb, his family and friends call out to him and he falls, suffering a terrible blow to the head. Ineed, at the hospital, the family is told that he is brain dead, and that if they like, his heart can be given to someone else as a transplant. Giorgos' grieving wife (Betty Livanou) agrees to this arrangement. The film now follows the recipient of the dead man's heart (Giorgos Constas), as he wanders all over Greece, driven by his newly lusty heart into the arms of many beautiful women. Eventually he is led to the one woman his new heart truly loved, Giorgios' wife.

But now it is not just Olga who goes after Lefteris but Vicky, a young woman who is the complete opposite of his old love. What would love be if it couldn't waste a man!

The episodes seem to be irrelevant to one another, yet they all focus on male powerplay, reveal the self-consciousness and moderation of the protagonist’s idiosyncrasy and depict some special aspects of the Greek male mentality. Probably Nikos Panayotopoulos’ most personal film, covering a substantial period of his generation’s years, “I’m dreaming of my friends” is based on the book by Dimitris Nollas, looks a lot like a “road movie” and features an all-male cast, as if there’s no room for women in it.

Ariadne leaves, searching for the end of what torments her. The unraveling of the tangle will begin. Piece by piece, her anguish will begin to take shape. Like a magical image, the signs of the riddles she must solve will emerge. Riddles inherited from parental sin. The circle will close and open again, bringing either the solution to the drama or a dead end.

This TV series was played on Greek television station ANT1 and began broadcasting on 16 September 1991 and the last episode was broadcast on 29 July 2005. In total 3,457 episodes were broadcast in 14 years. The script was written by Nikos Foskolos and on the filming of the episodes directors were Nikos Foskolos, Spyros Foskolos and other five directors. All the actors and the actresses, who were performed roles on TV series, were 1.500 who were already well-known or became well-known from their acting careers on the TV series.

Oi frouroi tis Achaias is a Greek popular television series that was broadcast on Mega Channel in 1992. It is an adaptation of a novel of the academician Tasos Athanasiadis and ran for 40 episodes. The directing was done by Giannis Diamantopoulos.
