It's three years after the events of the original Battle Royale, and Shuya Nanahara is now an internationally-known terrorist determined to bring down the government. His terrorist group, Wild Seven, stages an attack that levels several buildings in Tokyo on Christmas Day, killing 8000 people. In order for the government to study the benefits of "teamwork", the new students work in pairs, with their collars electronically linked so that if one of them is killed, the other dies as well. They must kill Nanahara in three days - or die.

And the mystery only deepens when the collectors go missing one by one. The Dekarangers respond to a disturbance in the city. On arriving, they find the area under attack from three brightly-coloured people. They fight them but they steal Machine Bull to chase a crow, which is apparently their enemy. They crash and are arrested by the Dekarangers. At DekaBase, the Dekarangers discover that their prisoners are Bakuryuu Sentai Abaranger.

Too much tankery and not enough studying for her entrance exams has landed Momo in the hot seat! Luckily her friends won’t let her flunk out without a fight, and they’ve hatched a foxy plan to put her back on top. Miho’s stepping down to let Momo take up the mantle of commander, because if she can lead the team to victory in the Continuous Cup, Momo can retake her exams. The stakes have never been higher for the team as they fight for tank supremacy both on and off the combat field!

Charmander's voice calls out from the darkness if Squirtle is okay. The sleeping boy wakes up, and can't believe himself when he sees a talking Charmander. Charmander then points out that he's a Pokémon too. The boy takes a look at his reflection at a river besides him, and sees that it is true! He has turned into a Squirtle, and has no recollection at all how this had happened.

After a boy named Koruri confuses Syaoran and Sakura for "bodyguards" and attacks them, they learn that the king of the country possesses a mysterious power. Princess Tomoyo, Koruri, and the other oppressed citizens, having had their birds taken from them, live in hiding within the forest. In order to take back Sakura's feather, Syaoran and the others stand up against the scheming king.

It has been several years after the events of Shunmuki and Watanuki has become the new proprietor of Yūko's shop following her death. Domeki has taken a position at a university to study folklore and Kohane has become a student at the same university studying under Domeki. Due to Domeki's position, a series of events have occurred that requires Watanuki's services. The episode outlines the process by which Watanuki fulfills the request while presenting changes in many of the characters in the series. The ending theme is "Kaza Nagi" (風なぎ?) by Shikao Suga.

Following Oorai's victory over Saunders, the school's next opponent is Anzio. This is an OVA which covers the battle of Oorai versus Anzio, which was not fully shown in the regular anime series.
