Anna Vissi

Lost in the thick fog of a freezing night, about ten followers of Satan, delirious with ecstasy, glorify Ahriman. The Witch completes the macabre ritual, sacrificing a sixteen-year-old girl to the Lord of Darkness and invites him to come to their Sabbath party. The Goat of Mendes inexplicably and mysteriously appears among them and the Satanists, in a state of frenzied paranoia, surrender to a delirium of insanity. Suddenly, the Holy Inquisitor, accompanied by a group of soldiers, interrupts the satanic ritual, arrests the Witch and tortures her until she confesses that she is a heretic and a follower of Satan.

Based on a feud that began without any significant cause between the Karakamilos and Pattalossavves families in 1754 and continues to this day, the contemporary reality of Cyprus will be presented through exaggerated comedy. We will see everyday people, our neighbors, but also people who are twice our size, who live in our homes and whom we do not pay much attention to. They are foreigners, "outsiders." They are people who chose Cyprus, to work for a better future. How do we treat them? How do Cypriots today view foreign workers? Amidst all this, a great love and two deaths reignite the feud, which no one knows how or when it will end.

The reality show "As Long as I Have a Voice" began in 2008. The first episodes present snapshots from the recording of Anna Vissi's album "Forbidden". The camera moves to her apartment in New York, where the singer opens the door. Her tour in Australia follows, with footage from rehearsals and moments from the dressing rooms. The well-known journalist, writer and lyricist Myrto Kontova edited 900 hours of material, divided it into stories and supplemented it with filming and interviews of close friends, collaborators, relatives and Anna herself. Her family, mother, daughter Sofia, sister, friends and fans participate in the reality show, while Anna Vissi comments on her experiences, images and thoughts at various stages of her life. Sakis Rouvas participates since filming continued during the appearances of Anna Vissi and Sakis Rouvas at the Athens Arena in the musical performance "Face2Face".

The show was originally scheduled to be completed in 40 episodes, but in the end only 10 were made, which caused legal disputes years later with the singer-host and the production company.
