It is ruled as suicide and the case seems to be closed, but the same night there is an attempted break in. The investigation hits a dead end and everyone involved is a suspect. A rich Frisian farmer has been murdered in Amsterdam and police duo Grijpstra & De Gier are sent to investigate. Adjutant Grijpstra has problems at home again and is happy to leave for Friesland to investigate the murder. Sgt. De Gier finds the Frisian Hylke much more interesting than the murder case. In Leeuwarden there is a real Chinese war and a brutal robbery at the cattle market. Suddenly there is that friendly rattling, asthmatic rat who provides an unexpected solution.

A 15-year-old girl meets her father for the first time. He never married her mother because his adventurous life did not allow it. He takes his daughter on a working vacation to the exotic island of Aruba, where after a timid start a strong bond develops between father and daughter. Until she discovers that her father is 'unfaithful' to her.

Burgler and master safe-cracker Glimmie is asked to find a young woman called Fanny by her rich stepfather Van Borsen. However, Glimmie remains suspicious of the man and decides that Fanny has to be protected by him and his pal 'De Bonk'. He is soon proved correct and winds up a scapegoat in Van Borsen's scheme. After his release from prison, Glimmie plans his revenge with some help from a young cleaning girl called Slofje.

"Conditions" - The improvisation-based performance was inspired by psychiatrists such as RD Laing (Family and Madness) and J. Foudraine (Who is of wood). The Werkteater played this performance 'in the den of the lion': in psychiatric institutions for patients and carers. This led to very intensive and adventurous performances in which 'a lot' always happened. Afterwards the discussions sometimes ran high, but even during the performance the audience sometimes mixed themselves in the scenes.

Rick Lemming (Rijk de Goyer) lives in the heart of Amsterdam, where he holds a dovecote and a saloon with slot machines. His best friend Ed Svaan, the champion of karate in the Netherlands, is deeply in love with singer Lily (Sylvia Christelle). With the help of Ed, Lilly concludes a contract with a television director who assures everyone that he will make a high-profile film. Rijk wants to check where his boyfriend and girlfriend are being drawn in and secretly watches the shootings. In fact, a pornographic film is being shot.

Registration of the first Kinderen voor Kinderen-concertshow. In this annual event, the Dutch children's choir 'Kinderen Voor Kinderen' performs 12 songs based on ideas sent in by children. The songs make up an album from which the proceeds go to a good cause, namely collecting toys for children in Third World Countries.

A 45-minute absurdist musical special built around the works of Dutch writer Gerard Reve and presented by the man himself. Featuring poems, songs, sketches, alcohol, tango and a rather special donkey.

Tim, now a respectable family man, runs into his old buddy Bodde. Bodde convinces Tim to go out with him under the motto: "Laugh, laugh, laugh!" After being chased from her uncle's home by her scolding aunt, the young Mariken wanders outside of town and encounters Moenen, the devil disguised as a one-eyed, itinerant scholar, who offers to teach her magic and the seven liberal arts in return for her submission.

Two boys in the Fairytale Forest steal a broom from a maintenance vehicle. They run to the Fairytale Museum where they find a book with the story of Hugo. As soon as they start reading, the film begins. We see the young Hugo van den Loonsche Duynen in 1796. He robs a rich man. The oldest of the Bokkerijders chases him and asks if he really wants to learn the trade. After a few years, Hugo becomes one of the best and most notorious of the Bokkerijders. Then a successor must be found for the oldest. The battle is between Hugo and another Bokkerijder, Lodewijck, and is settled in Villa Volta in Hugo's favor. When he grabs the silver from the Villa, a ghost appears and curses him. He is banished to his own house and will only find peace when someone with a clear conscience enters his home.

In 1928 in the northern part of the Netherlands, a man has an affair with the wife of one of his friends (who is in jail at the time). Because she abandons her children to move in with him, the police are sent to arrest her. This leads to a dramatic confrontation.

Joep is a piano tuner, and not the best in his profession. His fiancee ends their relationship and Joep wants to end his life. Then he meets Dorien. They fall in love, but they must deal with some issues from the past--like an ex-lover and a hitman.

A large sugar concern wants to take over the ailing sugar factory of the Rustenburg family. A fierce battle ensues and plans are hatched to depose the factory's director.

Circus bear Bolke escapes from a life of captivity and find refuge with a family of hares. He is allowed to stay in the forest near Apeldoorn as long as he gets a cave of his own. He is soon joined by another escapee, Melis the Monkey.
