Animated series about the adventures of a parrot Kesha, "the hero of our time." The action is concentrated in the city and its surroundings. Kesh lives in the apartment of Vova, a schoolchild, but because of his hot-tempered, arrogant character, he periodically runs away and gets into trouble, eventually returning to Vovka with a confession. The humor of the series is based on the eccentric behavior of Keshi, on recognizable realities, as well as on the multiple quotations used by the parrot.

Parrot Kesha is watching TV but, feeling offended, turns it off because movies are made about various animals — but not about him. Then Vovka suggests filming a movie with a video camera, which Kesha names “Dawn of Kesha the Parrot.”

It's 1993 and the Soviet Union has collappsed two years ago. This new social reality brings unexpected changes to the lives of even Volk and Zayats.

Once a baby elephant found a pencil in the forest, on which were wound wonderful ribbons. And since he was terribly disturbed by ears, he decided to tie them with ribbons and immediately became like a girl. A small hippopotamus was very interfered with by the stomach, and the second ribbon, which the elephant lent him, he tied his torso to himself. The giraffe took friends for the girls, but they explained that they were boys, just tied themselves up what they were prevented from moving and playing. Then the giraffe also decided to keep up and bandaged his neck so that he would not cling to the clouds. When the cheerful trio met a real girl with long hair, she told them that it was her ribbons, and that without them, her hair hindered her very much.

After putting on the shoes from the store, the wolf chases the hare, but soon they both lose the shoes on the way. The issue raises the problem of poor quality shoes produced in the Soviet Union at that time.

Hare buys glasses at the store, on the way out Wolf lures him to his house. At home they want to drink juice from the new glasses, but the glasses start to break right in their hands. The episode raises the problem of poor quality splintering glasses.
