When the cast and crew of a paranormal TV reality program decide to shoot in the house of the original Saeki hauntings, a series of strange events unfold at the location.

Benkei, a master fighter and killer, vows never to take another life after his conversion to Buddhism. His faith in pacifism, however, is shaken and ultimately broken by the attacks from a trio of fighters known only as the demons. Taking up his sword once more, he sets out to end their murderous terror.

Sasaki Ryohei (Yamada Ryosuke), the second son of the Sasaki family, is a high school student who lives in Shimane. He has just been chosen to be the vice captain of the youth soccer club. Setting his sights on participating in the prefectural championship, Ryohei practices every day with his buddies. One day, Ryohei has a severe headache and is brought to the hospital. Ryohei is diagnosed with an acute brain tumor from the test results. The family is told by the doctor that Ryohei will not live long. However, Ryohei musters the strength to say, "I will win. I will beat the illness. " Given a push by his words, the Sasakis try to stay positive.

Hanpeita Takeichi, a samurai, finds that he has travelled through time to modern-day Japan. He's taken in by an old man who runs a cram school, and begins to work as a teacher there.

This story follows the semi-autobiographical account of manga artist Shotaro Ishinomori, author of the original Kamen Rider, Cyborg 009, and Super Sentai.

"Tanpopo Farm," a facility overlooking the ocean, offers rehabilitation for troubled youth—those from reform schools, bullied individuals, and those dealing with addictions. Kitayama Shuji, who runs the farm, faces rejection from the town and even his daughter but remains committed to helping these young people heal. The story unfolds as Sakuragi Tsubasa arrives at Tanpopo Farm and meets Sawaguchi Haruka, a popular high school basketball player. Despite her bright exterior, Haruka faces betrayal from her mother, opposition from her father (a City Council member against the farm), and bullying at school. Through their bond, Tsubasa and Haruka find solace and begin to develop deeper feelings for each other.

Seishiro Tokai (Kazunari Ninomiya) works as a surgeon at a university hospital. He possesses excellent technique with suture and carries a surgery success rate of 100%. Due to his arrogant attitude and personality, he comes into conflict with those around him. A new doctor tries to introduce the latest medical device for surgery, which doesn't need a surgeon's hand. Seishiro Tokai is skeptical of the device. He faces the university hospital administration and reveals corruption and hidden past behind the medical device.

Comedian Yamasato Ryota (Nakano Taiga) enters a cafe in order to prepare a story. Trivial incidents unfold there with the staff, TV people, the manager, and a handsome office worker. Little things bother them, and Yamasato's annoyance reaches its limit. He pulls up his glasses, opens his notebook and begins to write a story featuring a real-life actress in his notebook. For Yamasato, escaping reality is a "dream time" where he can forget the bad things. This is the start of Ryota Yamazato's fantasy story with the latest actresses and idols as the heroines!

Maya Akutsu, a new teacher at Hanzaki Elementary School who strives for perfection and punishes her students in unorthodox manners. A 12 year old student, Kazumi Kanda, has been able to withstand her strange punishments so far but the other 23 students begin to fold under the pressure.

Mano Hideko is a former judge who left Tokyo after getting tired of judging people. She traveled 120km south to an island called Oshima. There, she met Komiyama Nagisa, a young girl who was born and raised on the island. For some reason, Hideko decided to help Nagisa at her izakaya "Kazemachiya", which was passed down from her grandfather. Hideko then begins her "second life" as she meets many customers who have various troubles in their lives.

Etsuko Kono is a 28-year-old woman who loves fashion. Aspiring to become a fashion editor, she joins a publishing company, but is sent to work in copy editing. There, her job is to correct errors and inadequate parts of documents and copies.

Kurata Sui is a 30-year-old man, who is honest and kind to people. He first went on an airplane when he was middle school student. After that, he has always wanted to become an airplane pilot. Finally, after going through rigorous training, he has been promoted as the first officer for an airline. One day, as the first officer of the flight, he experiences a difficult time because of bad weather. Due to the excellent work of a female air traffic controller, Kurata Sui and the captain are able to land the plane safely at Haneda Airport. Since then, even though he doesn't know her name or what she looks like, Kurata Sui has fallen in love with the air traffic controller just by listening to her voice.

People bring their stories of missed lust connections to an objective panel of experts who then judge whether they could have gone all the way or not.

Seito Shokun! is a Japanese manga written and illustrated by Yoko Shoji. It is serialized in Kodansha's Shōjo Friend from 1977 to 1984. The individual chapters were published into 24 tankōbon by Kodansha between February 1978 and June 1985. Seito Shokun! received the won the second Kodansha Manga Award in 1978 for the shōjo category. Kodansha made a one-shot spin-off of the series in September, 1983 and re-released the manga into 12 kanzenban volumes between December 12, 1995 and March 12, 1996. The sequel to the manga, Seito Shokun! Kyoshi-hen had its first tankōbon published on April 13, 2004. The manga was adapted into an original video animation by Ashi Productions. Wonderful Life is a Japanese drama series aired in Japan on Fuji TV in 2004. It stars Takashi Sorimachi, Kyoko Hasegawa, Norito Yashima, and Ken Horiuchi. Kirishima, played by Takashi Sorimachi, is the most famous baseball player in Japan. He is forced to retire early due to injuries. His family abandons him and he decides to spend his time coaching at a local young boys baseball team. The team is verging disbandment because they had not won one single game. Takashi plays the popular baseball player who gives kids the hope that "dreams come true", but in reality he is arrogant and a selfish flirt who spends his money pointlessly. Mizuki, played by Kyoko Hasegawa, wants to become a lawyer. Her brother plays on Kirishima's baseball team, but she can't stand Kirishima.

Yoneoka and Fujiiwa work on the proofreading of a novel in the quiet proofreading department office when Etsuko is on annual leave and the novel's content becomes real-life footage in their minds.
