Charles Noland (born April 13, 1953) is an American actor who has appeared in many TV shows and films, including Blow (2001) and Wayne's World (1992). He was a supporting character on ER for 2 seasons and on The West Wing for 7 seasons. Noland studied drama at Cabrillo College, University of California, Santa Cruz and University of California, Davis.
