Four unlikely assassins question their assignments because they genuinely care about their customers and victims. However, they attract police attention and a prosecutor is on their trail.

The plot is instantly familiar in the great martial arts tradition, being set in a small town which is home to two rival masters, one who practices Taekkyun and the other Kendo, both of who just happen to be called Kim. As well as competing for students, the two are locked in deadly combat for the hand of the local beauty, who seems to be pretty much the only woman in town. Kim So Hyun (Kim Tae Hee) is an orphan who lost her father at a young age. Her father, who was a movie director, died in a fire while trying to save his original movie.
