23 year-old Jimmy Ray is a small-time drug dealer bent on self-destruction. The product of broken home, Jimmy refuses help from those around him and spends his final hours hanging out and selling drugs (with, of course, an occasional robbery).

Follow the investigations of a team of NYPD forensic scientists and police officers identified as "Crime Scene Investigators".
