Now Eva has to transfer a considerable amount to the aforementioned foundation every year if she wants to keep the villa. The countess and the other residents of the villa, including Trude, the maid of honor, and her husband, janitor Gustav Düppenweiler, are faced with a seemingly impossible financial task. To make matters worse, the conflict with the hermit Philipp Arthur Limberger threatens to escalate. The community must now stick together in order not to lose their beloved roof over their heads.
