Anna runs a farm in Sardinia. At night she lets go in sensual dances in the village bar and indulges in short-lived adventures. Until one day, the construction of a mega-resort on her land forces her to engage in the biggest battle of her life.

Marco, a thirty-year-old man, is being treated by a psychiatrist for sudden outbursts of anger. He joins a trip for people with mental health issues. The excursion takes place on the Sardinian coast, aboard a sailboat called AndareVia. The boat's passengers are challenged to deal with the distress of others.
