Mehmet Yağmur

The story tells of a scattered family whose paths cross again years later. Famous singer Hülya hides her daughter Ayşe from everyone to protect her reputation. She sends her to a boarding school in a small town. She tells Ayşe and everyone around her that her husband, who abandoned her years ago, has died. As Ayşe tries to correct the lie she has told, her path will cross with her father's.

Turkish Crime Thriller

From 1973, it's a Turkish Batman and Robin ignoring a Commissioner Gordon type before fighting a Blofeld-esque villain (bald, strokes cat) while spending their downtime in strip clubs! Yep, there's more nudity in this film than every other Batman movie combined, which admittedly isn't much but we'll take what we can get. For some reason the dynamic duo sometimes have capes and sometimes don't. In one scene Batman even picks up a gun and shoots a couple of bad guys before tucking the gun into his belt. You won't see that in the comics. This time no clips from other films (that I noticed anyway) but lots of music is lifted from elsewhere, including the James Bond theme.

Byzantine Prince kills Kara Murat's father and kidnaps his brother to raise him as the Black Knight to fight against Turks. Years later, Kara Murat has to face the notorious enemy in a mission to save abducted Karaca Pasha of Rumelia.

Fatih Sultan Mehmet learns that Mora is without a leader. Chaos has broken out in Mora. Rum Kani Pasha blames the grand vizier for this chaos. Kara Murat, however, claims that Rum Kani Pasha is slandering him because he has his eye on the grand vizier's position, and that this is not true. Upon hearing these words, Fatih Sultan Mehmet issues a death warrant for Kara Murat.

The story of Ökkes who leaves his small village for Istanbul with his wife Fatma, his son Mehmet, and his brother Cemal. They buy a tractor and work hard to pay it off. Fatma takes a job as a maid for a bar owner, a situation that unsettles Ökkes, while Mehmet becomes involved in selling illegal cigarettes, and Ökkes starts a fruit-selling business.

Nasty sleaze fest, very violent and misogynistic.

After his family is killed in front of his eyes, a little boy grows up to be the nightmare of Byzantine's Black Knighthood.
