Yordanka Stefanova

Dimka is a married young woman who has everything: a new house and a car. But she is unhappy. She meets Grigor, who is different from the others. He loves music. They ignore the material well-being and the opinion of others. But Dimka can't stand it and returns to her husband to live in her own way.

Nina is 12. Her mother, Nazca, who was laid off from the factory, finds work at a remote mountain dairy. Nina cannot continue her studies, but this is the only way to avoid repeating her mother's fate.

This film is a comedy about a poor man named Purko. Purko always fails in his attempt to escape from poverty. The film illustrates the social and the moral atmosphere in Bulgaria during the 1930's.
