Derek Chiu Sung-kei directs this low-budget yarn about a mild-mannered grocery store clerk named Sardine (Dayo Wong Chi-wah) who lives a highly ordered life in an apartment filled with canned goods. His equilibrium is smashed when his landlady evicts him to make way for her daughter Anna (Irene Wan Pik-ha) to move in. When the middle-aged woman keels over from a bad combination of Panadol and liquor, Sardine believes that he is responsible for her death and tries to hide the body. Trouble ensues when Anna finds the corpse in Sardine's apartment while Sardine contends with a devious fellow employee who tries to get him canned from the supermarket.

Twilight of a Nation

Twilight of a Nation is a Hong Kong television series based on the events of the Taiping Rebellion and the rise and fall of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom during the late Qing Dynasty. The 45 episodes long series was produced by Siu Sang and was first aired on TVB Jade in Hong Kong in November 1988. It was broadcast again on TVB in 1996. The theme songs and insert songs in the series were performed by Roman Tam.

Based on the famous Chinese novel “Kam Ping Mui”, “Gentle Reflections” is about the love and hatred of three girls, Lin (Irene Wan), Yi (Kennix Kwok) and Mui (Yeung Ling). Lin was forced to marry Long (Liu Kai Chi). She was miserableand begged Chung (Tsang Wai Kuen) to take her away, but he refused. Lin was desperate and when Hing (Sinn Lap Man) came and seduced her, she was more than willing to kill Long and marry Hing. Yi loved Chung but due to misunderstanding, she married Hui instead. Fung Tin was said to have murdered the leaders of 4 powerful sects, so the head of the martial arts world ordered that his whole family be killed.

Looking Back in Anger was a 1989 Hong Kong TV series and one of the most watched TVB series by Chinese people in Hong Kong and around the world. Many factors contributed to the success of this series. As well as its tragic but memorable storyline, this series featured a strong cast, with Felix Wong, Deric Wan, Carina Lau, Kathy Chow Hoi-Mei and Maggie Shiu. The popular theme song of the series "Yat sang ho kau" was sung by Danny Chan and later by Deric Wan himself.

The Return of the Condor Heroes

The Return of the Condor Heroes is a Singaporean television series adapted from Louis Cha's novel of the same title. It was broadcast from 2 June to 27 July 1998 on TCS Eighth Frequency in Singapore and was later released on other Asian television networks.
