A family comedy.

Birju and Shona live in the slums with their daughter Muni. Together they navigate Kolkata’s affluent neighborhoods each very morning, collecting trash on a handcart. They sift through salvageable items from among the discarded materials and bring them home. These items become the medium for stories they share with their daughter each night.

As an elderly couple prepare to celebrate their 50th anniversary, their family begins to gather at their once magnificent mansion. Relatives, both young and old, reminisce about the family's history, bringing long-buried secrets to the surface.
