Horror film about an incident at a secluded resort that takes place over the course of one night. The Tokak is a vengeful spirit from Sungai Raya who has possessed a man named Iskandar, owner of the resort. In order for Iskandar to return to a human, he has to murder and drink the blood of six women who have sinned with lust in one night.

Eddie and Bada are two brothers who work at a towtruck company. The brothers will always send the vehicles they have towed to Rimau's garage. Rimau is a woman with a tough-as-nails attitude who secretly loves Bada. Mojo and Bayam are Eddie and Bada's rivals from another towtruck company. Mojo would rather die than make peace with the brothers, but his younger sister, Soraya, is in love with Eddie. The characters' relationship become even more complicated when a mysterious woman only known as Zarina shows up at Rimau's garage one day.

The film consists of three stories that are interconnected with each other. It starts off at an old school where the guard on duty keeps experiencing spooky happenings during his shift. This prompts the school authorities to call a medium to perform an exorcism to drive the spirits away from the school. In the following story, the medium and his assistant, Saad, is returning from the school when their car crashes. The medium dies from a heart attack. Saad dies when a car hits him. In the final story, Jo, Mansur and Akim are looking for their friend, Rose, who has been possessed and has gone missing. They encounter many strange happenings until they find Saad's and the medium's lifeless bodies by the roadside.

Putra and Luna's marriage have reached their one-year anniversary, but it is clear that their relationship is heading towards the rocks. One day, he come across an interesting sentence written by a woman in one of the pages in an indie novel that he borrowed and Putra decides to make it his mission to find and meet the mysterious woman.

In December 1993, a luxury condominium tower block collapse after ground erosion from the neighbouring hillside. About 50 people lost their lives and to this day has become one of the darkest and saddest tragic incidents in Malaysian history. Twenty years later in 2013, a group of documentary filmmakers venture into the remaining two blocks that is left standing to do a ghost hunting expedition. What they discovered is not for the faint-hearted.
