The Voorman Problem

Doctor Williams is called in to examine the enigmatic Mr Voorman, a prisoner with a peculiar affliction: he believes he is a god. The documentary follows the development of releasing Doctor Who episodes on VHS, with several people who grew up obtaining VHS and how they all felt about retrieving Doctor Who episodes, including purchasing them for ridiculous prices on the "black market."
