A young boy and his sister are drawn into one man's obsessive pursuit of his former lover.

Copenhagen, Denmark, 1951. Criminal investigator Anders Olsen follows the case of a bank robber who eyewitnesses say appears to have been acting under some kind of trance.

Two main characters, Cricket and Antoinette, represent two separate worlds, the world of noise, chaos and creativity on the one side, and the world of work, order and discipline on the other. As they fall in love, in spite of obvious differences, they manage to create harmony.

The new Dutch owner of a Croatian marketing agency is organizing an action-style team building for his employees over weekend. In 1957 their sexual orientation raises suspicion, and a communist party loyalist named Emir is assigned to sabotage their careers and lives, a party loyalist hiding his own secrets, whose loyalties begin to falter. The pursuit of freedom becomes a fight for survival for the artists, while Emir's beliefs are challenged. Lush, intimate, and politically charged (and with startling parallels to our current political climate), Beautiful Evening, Beautiful Day is a poignant story of resistance — against oppression, against silence, and for the freedom to live and love without fear.

Paulina P. is back, once again facing the challenges of growing up, such as overly strict adults and middle school bullies. However, something even worse will enter her life after she learns about her grandmother's fatal condition.
