Cedric "Ceddie" Errol lives with his mother in poor circumstances in New York. The bright child is popular everywhere he goes. Despite this downer, Ceddie arrives in England full of anticipation and performs a minor miracle. Rückkehr (Return) consists of two short films inspired by the director's youth: "Die Rückkehr des alten Herrn" (The return of the old lord) is a nostalgic dive into the memories of an old man who entrusts his grandson with stories of his youth. "Mein seliger Onkel" (My blessed uncle) then tells the story of the boy and his adventurous uncle. Both stories take place in a picturesque small town.

Else is the pretty daughter of a Viennese lawyer. The young lady has been invited by her aunt to spend a few days on a summer holiday in San Martino. There she receives an express letter from her mother requesting her to ask the wealthy art dealer Dorsday for a much-needed loan. Her father is facing bankruptcy due to embezzlement. Else approaches Dorsday and describes the difficult family situation. Dorsday is willing to lend the necessary money, but stipulates that Else must expose herself to him naked for a quarter of an hour. Else reacts indignantly to this request, but over the course of the evening realizes the dilemma she faces. Caught between unconditional loyalty to her father and a strong longing for autonomy and self-determined femininity, she cannot commit to either alternative.

Der Kommissar is a German television series about a group of detectives of the Munich homicide squad. Das Kriminalmuseum was a German television series. It ran from 1963 to 1970 on ZDF and was one of its first programs. Es muss nicht immer Kaviar sein is a TV adaption of a novel of the same name by Austrian author Johannes Mario Simmel. Directed by Thomas Engel Siegfried Rauch walks in the footsteps of O. W. Fischer who played the protagonist "Thomas Lieven" already in 1961, just one year after the bestseller had been released. The series is unique for providing a little cooking show at the end of each episode. The book also includes recipes because "Thomas Lieven" is an accomplished amateur cook.
