After putting together his life once again from a traumatic experience in his past; Govind Narang accompanied by his sister Rattna comes to reside in Azad Nagar, Bombay. He cannot stand injustice in any shape and form; this brings him into enmity with a gangster Johnny and his younger brother Danny Handsome. Obstructed by the interference into their criminal activities Johnny and his gang brutally beats up Govind leaving him to die and sexually molest Rattna in broad-daylight.

The story is about a family in which mother and son together fight against father for the principles and human values. Srividhya, as a ditched wife, rises up her kid Rakesh (Venkatesh) with well behavior, manner and makes him a good lawyer to do justice to the fellow woman who are cheated brutally by their husbands. How Rakesh takes the revenge on his father for the injustice that he had done to his mother is the crux of the film.

Two feuding neighbouring families are brought together to celebrate the wedding anniversary of Vishnupratap Singh (Vikram Gokhale) and his wife (Farida Jalal), much to the dislike of Rudra Pratap (Sharad Kapoor). During this get together Abhayendra Singh (Fardeen Khan) falls in love with Mangala Solanki (Richa Pallod). Abhayendra comes to know of the background of the two families' feud, and makes attempts to reconcile the two families - with disastrous results.

Karan hires Lata as his secretary and asks her to move to one of his cottages with her family. However, things take a turn when she is accused of stealing a valuable necklace.

Vishwanath is a multi-millionaire industrialist, who lives in a palatial house, with his only chid, a son named Vijay. Nihal Singh is a young man from a village in Nabha, who in an attempt to get rid of an unwanted marriage proposal, ends up lying to his entire village that he loves somebody named 'Jasneet Kaur' (Surveen Chawla) from Vancouver. In reality, Jasneet is a girl, who Nihal and his friend and partner in crime, Taari (Binnu Dhillon) find on the web and keep a picture of her to show as proof to the village. Coaxed by his mother and a nagging village 'Taayi', Nihal Singh sets out for Canada to stay with Taari's Chacha (B.N. Sharma) and get his help in finding the whereabouts of Jasneet. There he also meets a girl named, Simrat (Japji Khaira) who informs him that Jasneet belongs to one of the wealthiest family in Vancouver and that it would be very difficult for him to reach her.

Shri Bhramma is unhappy with Yamraj and his assistant, Chitragupt, as they have misplaced a book or prophecy called "Bhavishya Vani", and asks them to go down to Earth and find the book within 30 days or else they will lose their status in heaven and will be forced to live as mortals on Earth. The two descend to Earth, and find out that the book is in the possession of a man named Suraj, who is unwilling to give up the book as he has read the prophecy about his mother's dying. This refusal is catastrophic as Yamraj cannot plan anyone's death, and no one will be permitted to die unless and until the book comes in his possession. At the same time there is an evil man named Chota Ravan who is trying to possess the book in order to spread his control over Bombay.

Venkateshwarulu is madly in love with Indu. His grandmother insists that he have two wives. Later, when Raju and Indu agree to his grandmother's wishes, Raju turns up and claims to be Indu's husband.

Misunderstandings arise between two brothers because of their different ideologies. So their sons turns out to be enemies. They need to overcome all the misunderstandings to get united again.
