90 years of Emil Steinberger - a film about courage, love and the tireless urge to constantly reinvent oneself.

At the heart of the film is the partner selection institute Duogena, which—very progressive for its time—not only works with computers but also uses video technology: as a visual calling card, a video portrait is recorded of each client in the Duogena studio. The task of 40-year-old bachelor Felix Stamm as a Duogena employee is to grapple with the catalogued heart's desires and to coach clients so that they present their quirks and idiosyncrasies, their concerns and wishes to the camera in as positive a light as possible.

The Saturday evening show is based on Marco Rima's current stage program, "Just for Fun." It is embellished with humorous film clips that serve as an introduction to the next stage act and tell their own story. In the approximately 120-minute TV show, the audience is presented with a fictional day in the life of Marco Rima, which is completely exaggerated and humorously exaggerated. These insights into Rima's everyday life are complemented by numbers from the best-of stage program "Just for Fun" and correspond to the daily fictional events in the comedian's life. The show begins with the clip "Fudi vo geschter." This is a Rima classic and, for most of his fans, the highlight of his stage shows. This climax leads to the finale, where Marco suddenly searches for a punchline on stage—a nightmare for any stage performer.

This romantic drama follows two policemen whose job is to investigate the lives of foreigners who have applied for Swiss citizenship. Among the applicants they must screen are a French psychiatrist and his wife, and a ballet dancer. The married couple are quickly accepted, but the dancer's life offers some objections. However, since the younger policeman has fallen in love with her, there is a chance that she, too, will win Swiss citizenship.

The Zurich social welfare office sends a young worker to look after a 75 year old man thinking about suicide: His wife is suddenly paralyzed and his dwelling and work place change hands, forcing him to deal with relocating as well.

Emil is tying up bags at the post office when luck smiles on him one day. He is asked to fill in for a colleague who is ill and is allowed to try his hand at the counter. Anyone who knows Emil knows that such an undertaking can only go wrong.
