Taking place between episodes 38 and 39 of the Tomica Hero: Rescue Force television series, the film features Doktor Madu joining forces with the Neo Thera to hijack the super express train Mach Train with his Metal Train, intending to use the Mach Train in the most Super-Disaster ever.

High school student Yamako moves to a small island in Kyushu, Japan. There she meets and falls for senior student Minami, but she can't reveal her feelings for him. Whenever she passes by him at school her heart starts to flutter and her emotions for him gets stronger. One day, while writing a love letter to Minami that she will keep for herself, high school student Fuwa catches Yamako writing her letter. Afterwards, Fuwa helps Yamako to gain Minami's attention, but Yamako has a secret nobody knows about...

However, underneath the surface, Kohei was tired of having to do things to please his overly-controlling, manipulative wife Maria. To put an end to his misery, Kohei decides to kill his wife Maria and plots a murder with his lover. One day, as he comes home and finds what appears to be blood on the floor. Maria, however, is nowhere to be seen. Kohei then becomes the suspect in her possible murder.
