Beck 19 - The Vulture

Swedish politician John Veden vanishes without a trace. There's no hint he's dead yet but Beck's team gets the case due to Police Chief Oberg's friendship with the man whom she dined with him the evening before he vanished. When they find out Veden was a gambler with heavy debts battling his addiction the case leads Martin Beck, Gunvald Larsson and freshly returned Lena Klingström into Sweden's illegal gambling scene. And Veden was planning to expose his own addiction and his party's huge financial profits from gambling in a confessional book - which his political allies got wind of via illegal data theft. With several people having an interest that Veden stays missing the team tries to find the politician and the true perpetrator while Beck is grappling privately with his ambivalent feelings about working with ex Lena again....

There is something going on in the small town of Backberga. The towns proud telecom company Unicom is just about to launch a new modern profile when they discover that there is something lurking in the outskirts of Backberga. An accident triggers a power failure, which leads to a chain of events,mishaps and love stories. Flicker is a warm comic story about people trying to find their place within the modern society.

An ambitious financial reporter Bea receives an anonymous tip about irregularities at a Swedish major bank. Bea weathered a scoop, but the review is made more difficult by her love affair with the bank's married CEO, Peder. Based on Carolina Neurath's book "Speed Blind" which in turn is inspired by real events.

Playa del Sol is a Swedish comedy, directed by Peter Settman and Leif Lindblom and Jon Holmberg and Kicki Kjellin, which were broadcast on Sundays at 20.00 on SVT 1. The series consists of two seasons, with a total of 25 half-hour episodes. Season 1 aired from 21 January 2007 to 15 April 2007 while season 2 aired from 27 September 2009 to 20 December 2009. Starring Mikael Tornving and Henrik Hjelt. The first episode was seen by over 2.36 million viewers.
