Ali is 18. His feet are firmly off the ground. The very idea of marriage seems like a game. But the bride's parents are ready and willing. Ali, meanwhile, is more interested in playing with puppets and dressing up as a rooster for the travelling theatre. His fiancée has only so much patience... So what should his parents do? 1960s Turkey countryside. A newly assigned teacher finds out that the solitary village is missing a school. He gets fond of the village people and especially a disabled man. The teacher helps the village to build a new school and educate the children and the disabled man.

Umut(35) is an actor who wants to act in movies, Asiye(43), is a director at their private theater company. following umut’s father’s death, his mother marries a man with three children, and he is sent to live with his uncle in bursa. he has not had any contact with his mother for twenty years. until he is told that his mother has come to bursa for her illness. so he is forced to take care of her. at the same time learns about asiye’s pregnancy. the situation causes a massive crisis in his life. because of all the feelings, umut accumulated over the years, he lives a great showdown with his mother.

Derya works in a bank's call centers to support her elderly mother. One day her life is suddenly turned upside down as she begins to hear a strange voice whispering to her. When Selim's aged grand uncle, Nasuhi returns from Russia after 58 years he asks Selim to visit with him the olive grove of his youth. Before they depart, Nasuhi finds a beaten Russian girl, Olga who was robbed when she tried to sell herself to raise money to continue her own search for her sea faring father.
