The Boonboomgers' run in the Big Bang Grand Prix is violently interrupted when the universe's top-ranked monster, Universe No. 1, appears and triggers a catastrophic universe fusion, causing parallel worlds to merge into one chaotic continuum. While Taiya Hando/Bun Red is suddenly transported to Planet Shaft, he's attacked by the Bitter Demon Beast Galaxy Circuit Guruma until Hoeru Tono/Gozyu Wolf arrives to back him up. Meanwhile on Earth, the remaining Gozyugers battle Universe No. 1. Bun Blue, Bun Pink, and Bun Black return to help, but the monster overwhelms them and defeats the combined teams. Hoeru then reappears in a dramatic new evolution: Saint Gozyu Wolf, declaring his vow to "stop the battle." With a slash that cuts through space itself, he sends all eight heroes hurtling into another dimension, setting the stage for the film's multiversal conflict.

The Gokaigers embark on a quest to find the ghost ship that harbors the legendary God Eye, which grants any wish to whoever wields it. During their adventure, they must face Los Dark, the captain of the ghost ship, and a host of revived enemies of the previous Super Sentai teams such as Agent Abrella and Baseball Mask.

The Space Empire Zangyack forms an alliance with the Black Cross King, the resurrected form of the Gorengers' enemy the Black Cross Führer, in order to invade Earth with other revived Super Sentai enemies. The Gokaigers, along with the Goseigers, who have lost their powers from the Legend War, must team up in order to fight against the new enemy.

A year after defeating Yogoshimacritein, the Go-Ongers head to the wild western realm of Gunman World to defeat Gaiark's Pollution President Batcheed in a final confrontation. However, after defeating Engine-Oh G9, Batcheed opens up a dimensional rift that sucks the Go-Ongers and Engines to other Braneworlds. Soon after, while finding themselves fighting Ugatz, the Shinkengers encounter Go-On Red as he helps take out the Ugatz on his own, much to the Shinkengers' shock.

Nicola, who has ascended to the throne as the queen of Planet Trickle, has decided to form an alliance with Planet Chikyu. Bakuage Sentai Boonboomger has been invited to act as witnesses. However, a remnant of the Hashiriyan named Manhole Grumer appears and steals the jewel that's been passed down in the Trickle royal family from Nicola! Furthermore, Minongan, one of Dagded's five jesters appears and steals the Ohgercalibur ZERO, which was prepared for the alliance ceremony! The Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger rushes to the scene and fights alongside the Boonboomger, but the warriors are separated by Manhole Grumer's mysterious power. Taiya and the others were scattered across the stars, each take action to escape from this dire situation. Soon, a dangerous heartbeat begins to resonate from deep underground. As a powerful evil awakens, will the two great Super Sentai be able to come together again fight together?! The battle for the three planets begins now!!

Younosuke, Nami, and Koutaro of the Hayate School and Ikkaku and Ikki of the Ikazuchi School are confronted by Oiranda and Aunja of the "Seven Spears of Darkness" and then Teruhime, whom the two Ikazuchi School members guard, is attacked.
