Argentina: 1969: Major Molina has been sent to a military outpost in southern Patagonia to investigate the brutal murder of soldier Lito. The harsh weather conditions of Patagonia reflect the strict and cruel way in which the Colonel Hellman and his officers direct the garrison. Gradually comes to light that Lito was drugged by a fellow, Reppeto, and therefore was unable to participate in an unexpected military exercise at night. For his "disobedience", Lito was beaten to death. Molina seeks justice, aided by the deceased's family and the village priest. However, he is forced to abandon the case when the military forces take the power in Buenos Aires. Years later, with democracy finally restored in Argentina, the case will be reopened causing the abolition of military service and the military justice system.

He left his Architecture career a few months ago and since then he has spent his time watching films of any kind in different cinema clubs. He lives with Franco, a young man a few years older than him who works on a supposed science fiction film with which he plans to win a contest. He spends his days filming inside the apartment with his camcorder while acting out scenes from the supposed script in a somewhat ridiculous way.

The Wound

Raúl learns of the suicide of Marcela, his high school sweetheart. The shock plunges him into the memory of that winter of 1980 in Buenos Aires. The nostalgic memory of their story revives in the present, like a forgotten love wound that never healed.

The show’s first season was broadcast by Canal 13 on Argentina, and also by other networks on Uruguay and Paraguay. On October 2006, Canal 13 renewed Amas de Casa Desesperadas for a second season, that will start filming on August 2007.
