Manase Mandiram (English: The Heart is a Temple) is a 1966 Telugu language romantic drama film, produced by Yarra Appa Rao on Sri Krishna Sai Films banner and directed by C. V. Sridhar. Starring Akkineni Nageswara Rao, Savitri in the lead roles and music composed by M. S. Viswanathan. The film was a remake of Tamil film Nenjil Or Aalayam (1962), Sridhar remade the film in Hindi as Dil Ek Mandir (1963). It was also remade in Malayalam as Hridayam Oru Kshethram (1976), and in Kannada as Kumkuma Rakshe (1977).

Radha's father brings a marriage proposal for her, which she refuses and runs away from home. Later, she comes across nine people, each representing a specific human behaviour.

Venu, a poor man, falls in love and marries Radha, a zamindar's daughter. When Venu moves into the zamindar's house,there are multiple problems Venu has to battle.

Ravi, a young man, falls in love with Saroja against his father's wishes, leading to his estrangement from the family.

Dr. Murali Krishna loves Anuradha, but he loses his scholarship after a misunderstanding with her. Krishna becomes engaged to Lakshmi before going to London. An uninterested Lakshmi asks Anuradha to write letters to Krishna on her behalf, intensifying Anuradha's feelings. Then Krishna has an accident and everything changes.

Ramu changes his identity to help Roopa as she gets disabled because of him.

Thota Ramudu faces opposition when he falls in love with a princess. He then seeks the help of a sorcerer, who secretly plans to sacrifice Thota Ramudu to Goddess Pathala Bhairavi.

Pattabhi Ramayya, who does not have any children, dotes on his younger brother and his two sons. However, trouble starts in their happy joint family with the entry of Rangoon Raja, a relative of Pattbhi Ramayya's wife.

Manohara produced by M. Somasundaram. The Sivaji Ganesan-L. V. Prasad production was distinct, becoming a cult classic. Karunanidhi virtually rewrote Mudaliar’s play, introducing interesting changes like the climactic sequence for which he drew inspiration from “Samson and Delilah”, especially the part where the blind Samson pushes the pillars down. Mu. Karunanidhi’s writing was superb with a contemporary touch. His dialogue had punch, satire, wit and humour. Sivaji Ganesan was excellent in his dialogue delivery and P. Kannamba who played the queen mother was equally brilliant. Her line, ‘Poruthathu podhum, pongi ezhu, maganey’, became quite famous.

Ramudu and Bheemudu are look-alikes who are both fed up of their respective lives. They incidentally end up taking each other's place in their homes, which leads to hilarious consequences.

Ramadasu, a perpetual debtor, wants his son Raghu to marry Manjari in order to acquire Mukunda Rao's assets. But Raghu is already married to Leela and Manjari loves Raja, Leela's brother. Raja and his friend Bhaja Govindam hatch a plan to teach everyone a lesson.

Karthavarayuni Katha (transl. Story of Karthavaraya) is a 1958 Indian Telugu-language Hindu mythological film, produced and directed by T. R. Ramanna under the R. R. Pictures banner. It stars N. T. Rama Rao and Savitri, with music composed by G. Ramanadhan and Ashwathama. The film was simultaneously made as the Tamil movie Kathavarayan (1958) by the same banner and director.

Zamindar Janardhan Rao, a paterfamilias, holds high esteem in society. One of his sons, Bachi, is a vagabond and malicious, his misdeeds increasing day by day. After Janardhan Rao cuts his allowance, Bachi tries to make a theft, and his father collapses with a heart attack after obstructs his way. Before dying, he reveals the existance of a hidden treasure of their family hierarchy.

When asked by the king what his ambition is, prince Pratap says he wants to marry four celestial maidens. The angered king exiles him and Pratap sets off on a quest to find the maidens.

Bhaskar (Akkineni Nageswara Rao) and Vasanti (B. Saroja Devi) are college mates who clash when she complains to the college principal about a love letter he sent her. Later on realizing her mistake, Vasanti apologizes to him and the two fall in love. Vasanti's elder sister, Geeta (Krishna Kumari), supports the family by stitching clothes.Bhaskar rents the room upstairs in their house. He falls ill and in nursing him, Geeta falls in love with him. She confides her love to Vasanti, who decides to sacrifice her love for her the sake of her sister and convinces Bhaskar to marry Geeta. Bhaskar initially neglects Geeta. On finding out, Vasanti writes to him that their sacrifice, made for Geeta's happiness, would mean nothing unless he is a good husband to Geeta. Bhaskar relents and Geeta and he have a son. Vasanti joins them and Geeta suspects that there is something on between Bhaskar and Vasanti and makes Vasanti leave the house.

Jayachandra, a prince, falls in love with Sundari, a tribal girl and they end up getting married. However, they are separated by Vahini, a heavenly dancer, who is attracted to the prince.

Prakash works for his childhood friend Shekhar, a rich businessman. Shekhar's mother develops a prejudice against Prakash and turns her son against him, leading to a series of unfortunate events.
