Pepe Nietnagel and his fellow students of the Mommsen school come up with all kinds of ideas to get out of doing any actual school work. This includes simulating suicides, setting off the air-raid sirens and abusing the school director's new broadcasting system. They succeed in sending their teacher to a sanatorium and get a replacement that turns out to not be so bad after all.

Mommsen Gymnasium director Taft secretly places his nephew as a spy with the difficult class of Pepe Nietnagel. During the celebration for the 100th anniversary, a simulated fire forces the school to shut down for a week. The director's attempt to get a tough teacher assigned by the department of education results in the exact opposite because of Nietnagel's intervention.

Principal Gottlieb Taft's twin brother Gotthold Taft partakes in the most recent prank by faking his death and promising a large inheritance to the Mommsen-Gymnasium and the principal. Of course, the inheritance is tied to many embarrassing conditions.

Maria, Helga and Kiki were best friends in their youth. Now there has been radio silence between them for many years. One day, the ladies meet by chance and it is the first step into a new life.

A new teacher, Dr. Dr. Bach, is transferred from his quiet village elementary school to the Mommsen Gymnasium, bringing along his nephew Jan. Bach's lackadaisical methods raise the suspicions of the other teachers.

The film consists of several small episodes that take place in and around Munich.

Thibaut Fismard from Munich has a hard time. His mother had married a Belgian engineer during the war, who disappeared immediately after the war. His mother raised her young son alone. Even at school and with neighbors, and later when looking for an apprenticeship, the fact that he was not German in the sense of the paragraphs stuck to him like a stigma. The opportunities open to his peers are closed to him, "the Belgian". The people of Munich dub his strange name "Tibo". When Tibo is suspected of stealing a moped and ends up in front of the juvenile court, the course is set for him to slip away. Tibo does not receive a work permit and certainly not German citizenship. But suddenly new paths open up for Tibo...

Due to a plot by the teaching staff, headmaster Taft is forced into early retirement and Knörz is appointed headmaster. However, they didn't count on class 13a, and especially not on their spokesperson Pepe Nietnagel. They are anything but happy about losing Taft, their favorite enemy. Without further ado, Pepe and his friends join forces with Taft and hatch a series of daring pranks to get back at Knörz.

Bernhard "Big Mäc" Maurer, an ex-motorcycle freak and bored piano teacher, is voted the "perfect motorcyclist" by the trade magazine Motorrad after quitting his job as a music teacher at a Munich high school. He is promised a bonus of $50,000 if he manages to beat a Japanese team in an adventure rally from the Zugspitze to Kilimanjaro. Maurer agrees and chooses as his second man, the technician, his young neighbor Max. Max, for whom an apprenticeship is at stake, injures himself shortly before the start of the rally and has to sit out. Without Maurer's knowledge, Max's almost identical-looking sister Maxi takes over the role of the boy.

A young woman pharmacist, Eva, is very friendly with a children's doctor, Dr. Fröhlich. Eva's small nephew Peter lives with her and she is often thought to be his mother. A number of amusing and more serious misunderstandings arise from this situation...

Pepe Notnagel (who inexplicably had his name changed from the first movie's Nietnagel) and his classmates scheme to get around doing any actual school work by cheating or sending their teachers to the sanatorium. A Swiss documentary film maker disguises himself as his brother in law, who got a position as an exchange teacher, to aid his project of making a movie about the current youth.

Pepe Nietnagel's father has a valuable stamp collection stolen in Amsterdam. Street musician Pit recovers it. To show his gratitude, Pit is invited to Baden Baden and enters the Mommsen Gymnasium. There, he joins Pepe in his pranks.

Dr. Oskar Sommer, a good-natured high school teacher, takes on a momentous task for the school janitor, also named Oskar Sommer: he is to play the role of the janitor's daughter's father for a few days. Since the real father has not been seen for 15 years and has pretended to be a teacher in his letters, the two Sommers promptly pick up the wrong person at the train station.

The 13-year-old Ludwig is to have for every joke. At boarding school he cuts his stern teacher, Captain a. D. Semmelmaier, during the nap from the beard. The angry pedagogue then sends the spoiled flail back to his beloved Bavarian village. The long-suffering mother persuades the rector to resume her reforming boy at the Latin school. Everything seems to be working out for the better, but the upcoming marriage of his sister Ännchen with the Berlin beer brewer Karl Schultheiss presents Ludwig with new challenges.

Because her unconventional manner always causes offense, the always good-humoured Sister Anna is ordered to only deal with the financial affairs of her Protestant deaconry in future. Her first assignment takes her to a village near Munich to sell an inn that has been bequeathed to the deaconry. However, the "Weißblauer Engel" is actually a brothel. When Anna learns that the entire village is to be turned into an amusement park, she joins forces with the cheerful ladies of the "Weißlauer Engel" to fight the building tycoon.

Unfortunately, the suitcase containing the robot is swapped with another one on the way there, and now suitcases are being swapped again and again, one of which contains a lottery ticket with a prize worth millions
