Teruko Hasegawa

Motozo Imamura, a.k.a. Gen, grew up in an upper-class family, but he never went to school and spent his days playing around. One day, he walked into an orgy of male-female sexual misconduct, and when he dropped off Roze, whom he had met there, he saw her sister, Kaoru, forgetting her impurity. One day, he went to an orgy where he met Roze, and he could not forget the purity of her older sister, Kaoru. A few days later, Gen went to the party again and was mistaken for the boss's brother.

A day in the life of Ako, a 16-year-old Japanese girl, and her friends and co-workers. An alarm clock wakes her in a dorm; she gets ready for work and travels to a large bakery. We see her with friends, chatting and laughing, as well as working. They go out, seven of them jammed in an old Pontiac: bowling, then to an amusement park, then driving around. Car trouble may put her at risk. Is she going to be okay? One of four film sketches on the problems of adolescents facing the adult world in the 1960s included in the anthology film That Tender Age (La fleur de l'âge, ou Les adolescentes). The three other sketches were directed by Michel Brault, Jean Rouch, and Gian Vittorio Baldi.

The group led by Teruko was the most famous in the port city of Yokohama. One day, however, a group claiming the same name as Teruko and her group appeared and began extorting them. The group was led by Rosa, who had come from Hayama. Teruko and the others were taken in by Detective Jitsusei on suspicion of extortion, and were even doused with oil. What saved the day was a witness, a runaway daughter named Toshie. Toshie is a half-sister.
