The film follows the journey of three young men, who flee from their wives, for a vacation to the international tourist-destination Goa. During the trip, they become friends with an immature youthful older man, who is on the verge of a divorce. The film explores their time in Goa

Jayaraman is popularly known as Kunjaliyan(Young Brother-in-law) in Gopalapuram, a village in the Kerala–Tamil Nadu border. He is the younger brother of three sisters. The sisters were caring him as their own child since the death of his father and mother. Jayaraman was the pet of his sisters and he was not interested in to do any job. He is lazy. Everything was perfect until the sisters got married. The brothers in law were not interested in Jayaraman at all and they were not considered him as their younger brother. One day he left Gopalapuram to become a millionaire. Somehow he reached Dubai after years he left from Gopalapuram and he managed to get a job there. Unfortunately he got terminated from his job due to the due global recession. He is forced to go back to Gopalapuram and he is not interested in his return to his village without being a millionaire.

Hailing from different strata of society, cancer patients Roy (Jayaram), Soorya (Kunchacko Boban), Amir (Jayasurya) and Gauri (Meera Jasmine) become friends in a hospital and decide to live the rest of their lives fulfilling their wishes.

Devayani wishes to become a doctor, but ends up becoming a taxi driver when the responsibilities fell on her shoulders after the death of her father. When a woman starts driving a car the people around called she taxi. Joe Joseph is an affluent person who leads a luxurious life. Joe with his two friends joins Devayani and three other ladies - Meera Mamen, Sradha, and Roopa Pillai who are also on a trip of ten days. This trip changed Devayani’s life forever.

Vicky is the student union chairman of an engineering college. He is in love with a fellow student, Anu. Due to some misunderstandings regarding a campus bet, Anu starts to dislike Vicky and moves away from him and grows close to her childhood friend to spark jealousy.
