Dr. med. Peter Lind is a young, partying model doctor who, despite an extensive and wealthy female clientele, is getting tired of the monotony of medical life and is therefore planning to go on a long trip abroad to experience adventure. His wife Vera is very unhappy with this plan. Peter and Vera have recently divorced after four years of marriage and are therefore better off than ever. Since they cannot agree on whether Peter should travel or not, they choose fashion writer and theater critic Martin Steen as their umpire.

Barbara discovers that Menkel is living with Jerle and seeks him out. Jerle has a terrible secret.

A lottery win allows the kitchen girl Hansy Hansen to lodge at an upmarket seaside hotel where the widower landowner Rosen falls in love with her. However, Rosen is in financial difficulties because of the lawyer Sadolin, who reneged on marrying his daughter. He puts everything he can into the daughter's horse to win a race.

They know that, if things get tough, they can always 'borrow' a couple of hundred kroner or three from Aunt Cramer. So everything is very good - apparently...

A woman is found strangled in her shop. Shortly after, another murder is committed. Perhaps the most terrifying is that the both girls' name is Sonja. The police is convinced it's the same killer and at each scene is heard a woman singing the same song. A song which is soon dubbed the 'murder melody.'

Mathisen has just left prison after a 3-month "recreational stay" and is resuming his work on the wrong side of the law with renewed energy. But things are not always as one hopes. The boss of the gang, of which Mathisen, before the little vacation, was a member, is dead, and the small hotel in Nyhavn, which was a hideout for the gang's small businesses, is going badly. We are in a small Heurigen-Café in Vienna. The young singer Fritz Hertzgruber meets a young Danish writer, Jesper Ellekilde, and the two young people become friends immediately. Fritz has been to Denmark as a "Viennese child" and is now an enthusiastic member of the Viennese children's own club. The following evening, the club's annual draw for a trip to Denmark takes place, and Fritz is the lucky one - albeit by detours. Fritz and Jesper are accompanied to Denmark, where Fritz is very much looking forward to the reunion with his foster parents, the composer Emilius Andersen and his wife. They were the sweetest people to their Viennese child, and their home stands in Fritz's memory as the epitome of idyll and harmony.

A really nice mood bomb from Danish films golden age in the comedy genre! Peter Malberg is the somewhat goofy - but very much in love author Peter Strøm. He has fallen for the publisher's daughter, Else Fischer (played by one of the 30s biggest divas, Gull-Maj Norin). The same has just happened to the bright journalist Fritz Faber, who also intends to fight for the young Else. Naturally, this creates the classic intricacy and it all happens on board the Great America-steamer.

A bachelor in Stockholm must invent a family to be able to get financial support from his aunt Anna. Everything is going well until she arrives on an unexpected visit.

At the old Copenhagen Castle, a strange drama is played out in the year 1699 - the last year of King Christian V's life.
