After a bloody invasion of the BOPE in the High-Security Penitentiary Bangu 1 in Rio de Janeiro to control a rebellion of interns, the Lieutenant-Colonel Roberto Nascimento and the second in command Captain André Matias are accused by the Human Right Aids member Diogo Fraga of execution of prisoners. Matias is transferred to the corrupted Military Police and Nascimento is exonerated from the BOPE by the Governor.

Nando and Erika, two young people in their twenties, meet several times without noticing. The story of the subculture of electronic music and rave parties and drugs like MDMA.

The docudrama recounts the five years (from 1974 to 1979) in which lawyer Giorgio Ambrosoli investigated the workings of a corrupt and lethal system, seen through the eyes of Finance Police Marshal Silvio Novembre and reconstructed by mixing fictional scenes, archive footage, and valuable testimonies.

Alex is a resourceful motoboy who cheats death daily on the most dangerous streets in the world. One day his close friend is killed by a reckless motorist.
