The film tells the romantic story of Ömer and Nilgün who meet in Bombay. Ömer loves adventures and travels the world. He meets Nilgün while visiting Bombay. He then falls in love with her. Though she is looking for a rich husband, Nilgün starts to fall for Ömer too. Nilgün has to make a choice between Ömer and rich Indian Prince Ahmed. They meet in Bombay and Nilgün is about to explain why she wants to break up. However, something will happen during the conversation to influence her decision.

The story tells of the events that befall a man living during the Tulip Era due to his lust for power. Kuyucubaşı Şaban Çelebi purchases a tulip from an Indian merchant that rejuvenates its owner over the years. Dreaming of living for many years thanks to this tulip, Çelebi seeks to have İbrahim Pasha killed and take his place. When news of the rejuvenating tulip spreads, Şaban Çelebi is arrested and brought to the palace. They attempt to seize his tulip, but it is stolen. After being pardoned, Çelebi sets out to find his tulip and the Indian merchant.

The film depicts Namık Kemal's love for his country. The newspaper İbret, published by Namık Kemal and his friends, is shut down on the grounds that it incites the people to rebellion. The leader of the tribe, Abu Jahl, saw Islam as a threat to his own beliefs. Abu Jahl decides to have Muhammad killed in order to prevent the spread of Islam. He assigns Umar, the son of Hattab, to carry out this task. However, while Umar is preparing to kill Muhammad, he learns that his brother and brother-in-law have become Muslims. Upon reading the Quran, Umar also converts to Islam shortly thereafter. He begins to fight against Abu Jahl and the Quraysh tribe. After the death of the Prophet Muhammad, Umar, who became the caliph, will strive to establish justice in the country's administration.
