Belgrade, Yugoslavia, 1979; a mysterious "Phantom" occupies the attention and hearts of Belgrade. Every night, he exhibits spectacular driving maneuvers using a stolen white Porsche car through the city streets.

The main actors in this low budget, independent film live in disharmony with their thoughts and speech. For same reason, its sound doesn't correspond to picture, which is the outcome of global worldwide disharmony of our time. Such disharmony exists both in this film, whose heroes aim for freedom, and in lives of people in audience who want that freedom, while not knowing what they should be freed of.

A Librarian from the past time travels to the present and finds himself stuck here. When he returns to his castle, which is now a museum, he inadvertently releases magic across the continent. He is given a new team to help him clean up the mess he made, forming a new team of Librarians.
