New adventures of truck drivers Jare and Paja, long-time fellow associates and close friends. Jare is forced to pay off his debt for the loans he was raising to build a house for his numerous family. He must find heaps of money as soon as possible, or let tax gatherers to take everything. Paja tries to help him in this impossible task, but on their way they face bunch of obstacles, losses and misfortunes, encountering all sorts of people, only to end up in serious problems.

A chance encounter at the train station and a journey together brings up two men's memories of a woman who played different roles in their lives. The meeting ends with a tragic turn - one leads to death, and the other to restlessness and tragic sense of guilt.

In January 1943 the German army, afraid of an Allied invasion of the Balkans, launched a great offensive against Yugoslav Partisans in Western Bosnia. The only way out for Partisan forces and thousands of refugees was the bridge on the river Neretva.

Everyone has some idea on how to invest the money, feeling at the same time that they don't need it. All of their actions will end differently from what they expected.

A committee made up to investigate illegal masonry in Yugoslavia causes more problems both for the builders and government, and in fact no one have any use of it. The pressure from all sides makes committee work less diligently.

Out from it escape Sophie the Witch and her companions: Black Claw, Gray Nightmare and the Red Straw Monster, as well as the water-sprite Aquiline, the shy little dwarf Tiny Peat, and the enchantress Lady Spider. They scatter among the town and woods and performed all kinds of mischief. Sophie just can't get her broom to fly, because she became too fat. The monsters, disappointed over the century in which we live, return back into the book, the witch Sophie loses her magic power and becomes 'Aunt Sophie', and Tiny Peat has changed into a black cat.

A young officer in the army of Empress Catherine of Russia is on his way to his new duty station at a remote outpost. During a blinding snowstorm he comes upon a stranger who was caught in the storm and is near death from freezing. He rescues the man and eventually brings him back to health. When the man is well enough to travel, the two part company and the man vows to repay the officer for saving his life. Soon after he arrives at his new post, a revolt by the local Cossacks breaks out and the fort is besieged by the rebels. The young officer is astonished to find out that the leader of the rebellious Cossacks is none other than the stranger whose life he had saved during the storm.

They meet up with good natured landowner, Don Aragon, who goes along for the ride with his sister and a young boy, Jamie. Along the way, Peg and Jamie form a father son relationship that is put to the test due to Peg's naturally dishonest ways.

The adventures of Paja and Jare, the two honest and good-natured truck drivers and partners in business. They meet various people while on the road, which mostly turns out bad for them, but at the end it's their friendship that saves the day.

Dealing with his customers with an open heart a car mechanic named Života goes through many adventures. Some are funny, some are sad, some reveal the beauty and other human misery. (Six episodes in total)

The plot is set in the first half of the 1980s and follows daily life problems of the Krkić family, the conflict of generations, corruption in the agricultural cooperative and personal problems of ordinary people in a small village. The series is an excellent illustration of the last years of life in socialist Yugoslavia, attempts to reform society and the abuse of individuals who use their position for personal gains.
