Ping, a young nobleman, has retired from the service of the crown in order to become a musician. He becomes a student of Master Duang, a famous musician. Master Duang owns a mysterious drum called Perng Mang, which has the power to bring success or death to people.

A magical book is being sought by a group of bad guys who aim to misuse its power. Yod is assigned to protect the magical book without realizing that a Hanuman tattoo that he got since he was young is the most powerful weapon to defeat the bad guys.
