A wealthy man is distraught to find that the girl of his dreams, Anjali, actually likes his adopted brother instead. After a tragic accident leaves him disfigured, Anjali begins to fall in love with him whilst helping him recover, however, she still harbors romantic feelings for his brother.

Ali is an Iranian exchange student from Iran who is studying medicine as a cardio resident in Mumbai. By chance, he saves the life of one of his classmates Karishma, who has attempted suicide. Little by little he tries to talk to Karishma and give her hope and happiness, which eventually leads to the two of them falling in love.

His three years punishment is condoned when he saves the life of a visiting parliamentarian. After being released from jail, he decides to live the life of an ordinary civilian and works as a garage mechanic. He meets Aarti, falls in love and they marry. But Shankars past starts haunting him to such an extent that he sees no choice except joining the crime gang of Raja Babu.
