The Snooks (singular!) derives his name from the Danish expression "leaving the Snooks behind" much used by 7-year-old Eigil's parents to indicate somebody's going nuts. This being a live action-cum-puppet animation film, Eigil's own imagination turns the Snooks into an amiable gnome-like little fellow and best friend during a summer holiday. When they are being joined by a cat, the fun really begins.

A Danish officer, Michael, is sent away to the International Security Assistance Force operation in Afghanistan for three months. Tony has recently been released from a sentence for violent behaviour. He promises to improve his ways and is finally granted a few hours alone with his two children. They celebrate the reunion by going to the movies to see a new film by the famous, critically acclaimed Danish director Claus Volter. But the film is not the masterpiece it is said to be on the poster; the children are crying and Tony cannot get the money back he spent on tickets and candy. Tony does not give up; he seeks out Claus Volter in order to get an explanation and a refund. It is however easier said than done to get money out of a world-renowned filmmaker.

And, as their uncle is nice enough to help them, they also decide to try and get him a wife.

Tommy's two friends Ole & Flemming give him tips on how to give Golden Sun some masculine appeal. Susse just happens to have a sleazy lawyer that does not appreciate the new look.

This is where the story begins, as Snøvsen and Eigil set out into the wide world to earn money. This takes them to Federico's circus, where the shady director tries to cheat Snøvsen out of his wages. They end up in the big city, where they make lots of new friends and have lots of fun adventures before they all meet up at Tivoli Gardens for a final joint attempt to save their home.

The whole family is going on a skiing holiday in Norway when Dad breaks his leg. So Uncle Erik takes the five oldest children. On the ferry, Amalie meets ski instructor Dan, and Uncle Erik gets very seasick. It turns out that Dad has rented a very small, leaky cabin, but Jan and Michael sort it out so they can move into a large suite. It turns out that it has been rented to Mrs. Flinth and her friends, and she causes a lot of trouble. The family is thrown out, but once again Jan and Michael fix the situation. They claim that Erik Lund is a famous singer. Erik is busy looking after Amalie, but when she discovers Dan's flirting with another girl, she gets the boys to help her. Meanwhile, Erik also finds time to go ice skating with Mrs. Flint.

Dad loses his job and now the family is in the need for money. Mie and Ole is working on a talent show at their school. Little Per tries to help the family.

Morten Arnfred's warm comedy Lykkevej (Move Me) begins with Sara (Birthe Neumann) being left by her husband of a quarter century. Sara gets a job and moves into a new home on a street populated by eccentrics. Neighbor Robert (Jesper Lohmann) showers in his backyard, has been in mourning since his wife's death, and annoys his neighbors by keeping junk on his front yard. Sara and Robert tentatively strike up a relationship, while a couple on the street, Sus and Bo (Ditte Grbl and Asger Reher), have their own marriage issues to deal with. Move Me was screened at the Gothenburg Film Festival.

Rejseholdet is a Danish television crime series starring Charlotte Fich, Mads Mikkelsen and Lars Brygmann. Produced by Danmarks Radio, the program aired 32 episodes spanning four seasons from 2000 to 2004. Each episode revolved around an elite mobile police task force called "Unit One" that travels around Denmark helping local police solve crimes. Cases portrayed in the show were loosely based upon actual incidents of sensational crimes such as murders, kidnappings, cross-border sex traffic and child pornography. Rejseholdet won the 2002 International Emmy Award for best drama series.

Live from Bremen has been described as the successor to Casper and the Mandril Agreement, as the show has the Mandril Agreement's Lasse Rimmer and Lars Hjortshøj as permanent fixtures, as well as Casper Christensen as lead author and man of ideas. The show is broadcast live from Bremen, the former Private Theater in Copenhagen, and is followed by Casper Christensen's talk show ALOHA! sent from the same place. Live from Bremen is inspired by the American sketch and satire show Saturday Night Live.
