Two close friends, Munish and Jai, with unbreakable bond become rivals when they both fall in love with the same woman, Meena. When Jai gets falsely accused in a case involving a collapsed railway bridge, Munish has to decide if he should put their rivalry aside to help and save once close friend Jai.

When a gangster named Heeralal gets arrested, he befriends Johny, a petty thief, in prison. He seeks Jony's help in executing his mission of smuggling a few diamonds. Johny, however, is an undercover CID officer named Sohan.

Radha and Krishna have been sharing a strong bond during their childhood. Even after Radha marries someone else, her unconditional love for Krishna makes her a soft target in the society.
